Captain Elisabeth Campbell’s body is found naked and staked to the ground in the middle of the urban warfare practice range at Fort MacCallum, Georgia. She is the daughter of the famous General, Joseph “Fighting Joe” Campbell (Cromwell). Two Army CID detectives and ex-lovers, Warrant Officers Paul Brenner (Travolta) and Sara Sunhill (Stowe), are assigned to the case. They are plunged into a world of cover-ups and divided loyalties that go beyond a simple murder investigation. A fast paced adventure that leads to an ending with several twists.
