The film has three stories going and they only come together at the end. One story is about Vincent Vega (Travolta) and Jules Winnfield (Jackson), two hit men on duty for “the big boss,” Marsellus Wallace (Rhames), who is married to Mia (Thurman). In a second, a down-and-out fighter (Willis), who is ordered to take a fall, decides to do the opposite. The third story relates the story of a pair of lovers (Plummer and Roth) as they hold up a diner. A sometimes violent, but always entertaining film.
